Executive & transformational coaching

Grow your capacity. Change what’s possible.

Personal transformational change and growth acceleration for executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals navigating accelerating change and complexity.

A curving staircase rising through natural light

01 / The way

A direction.
Not a straight line.

nôrthish is an adaptive, nonlinear route toward what matters most—with room for detours, setbacks, and surprises.

Meaningful change rarely follows a neat sequence. The work is to stay oriented while learning from what the path reveals.

Reject the status quo. Leave a better world in your wake.

02 / Patrick

Patrick, executive coach

Musician.
Entrepreneur.
Executive coach.

Different perspectives.
One focused practice.

As a musician, I bring deep listening and a willingness to explore beyond the obvious. Three decades as an entrepreneur taught me to build, adapt, and keep moving when the route changes.

A decade as an executive coach for the telos institute has sharpened my focus on personal transformational change and growth acceleration.

This is not generic performance advice. We work on the person doing the leading and creating: building capacity, examining habits, widening perspective, seeing blind spots, and navigating uncertainty with greater intention.

03 / The work

For people ready
to evolve.

01

Executives

Leaders facing expanding responsibility, complexity, and the need to see beyond familiar answers.

02

Entrepreneurs & aspiring entrepreneurs

People building what does not yet exist—and becoming more capable as the work asks more of them.

03

Creative professionals

Makers and thinkers ready to move through uncertainty without losing the clarity of their own voice.

04 / The commitment

A small practice.
A serious commitment.

I work with no more than 12 clients at a time.

A small practice allows for focused attention and work that goes beneath the surface.

I work only with people seriously committed to growth—and to increasing their capacity to handle accelerating change and complexity at every level of leadership.

Begin with the question

What matters most to you—and what needs to change?
